Ingredients

ORIGINAL DARK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:
Cocoa (processed with alkali), sugar, unsweetened chocolate, modified cornstarch, and vanilla.

MILK CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, cocoa (processed with alkali), unsweetened chocolate, sweet cream solids, refiners syrup, cane molasses, modified cornstarch, and vanilla.

PEPPERMINT INGREDIENTS:
Cocoa (processed with alkali), sugar, unsweetened chocolate, modified cornstarch, vanilla, and organic natural flavor.
Commercial Preparation Instructions

* To prepare one serving of rich, creamy drinking chocolate, combine 4 oz. whole milk with 1 oz. of mix and follow one of the methods below.
* To prepare eight servings, combine the entire contents with 1 quart of whole milk and follow one of the methods below.
* Amount of milk or mix may be adjusted according to taste.
* Low-fat milk, skim milk, or unsweetened non-dairy milk substitutes may be used in place of whole milk.
* Mix may also be prepared in a microwave or chilled.

CONVENTIONAL STOVETOP OR STEAM KETTLE:
Combine milk with mix. Bring to a simmer over low to medium heat, whisking constantly. Use a heatproof spatula if needed to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and whisk or stir a few seconds before pouring into cup.

MILK STEAMING NOZZLE (recommended for 2 servings or less):
Whisk the mix and milk together in steaming pitcher. Steam for 15 seconds.
